ILLiad is the electronic system you use to request an item through Interlibrary Loan. The name ILLiad can be thought of as an acronym for InterLibrary Loan internet accessible database. It allows us to quickly find libraries that own the material you need and request that they scan or mail it.
Most articles arrive within a week, and most books arrive within two weeks. Rare and out-of-state materials may take longer. To see what libraries own the item you need, use WorldCat.
If you are requesting an item in the library's collection, it will be processed within two business days.
In the event that you forget your password, you can go to the Reset Password form, or contact the Interlibrary Loan Office at (504) 864-7137 or at or at intlloan@loyno.edu. We can then reset your password allowing you access to ILLiad.
